Successful Installation

Hi there!

We installed one of your cork floors about 3 months ago, and I wanted to tell you how well it turned out. We laid the floor in a checkerboard pattern on the diagonal, and it is consistently singled out for compliments.

I'll try to get a good picture of it and send it along. Just wanted to let you know that we love the floor and so do all our guests!

My flooring order

I just wanted to e-mail you and tell you how happy I have been with your professionalism and courtesy. My samples came when you said they would, my flooring came when your said it would, my e-mail questions were answered, you and your staff were knowledgeable and polite. I haven't opened the pallet yet - waiting for my contractor, but given the level of service I've experienced I don't anticipate a problem and I know if there are questions there is someone who will answer them. This has been one of the few good experiences I have had when dealing with sales representatives, whether in store or online. Keep up the great work.
